Shakti Mantra Circle – Shakti Love Valentinstag Special

Welcome to our Shakti Mantra Circle – a healing circle to sing from your heart and celebrate sisterhood with high vibrational Mantras!

In dieser Einheit treffen wir uns 1 Mal im Monat im Kreis von Frauen um gemeinsam hochschwingende Shakti Göttinnen Mantras zu chanten. Shakti beutet Energie, Dynamik und Kraft. Sie ist der Ausdruck des Universums und somit auch ein innerer Anteil von uns selbst. Mantras haben die Kraft den Geist frei zu machen und das Herz zu öffnen, um so für tiefere Erkenntnisse und Wahrheiten empfänglich zu werden.

Es sind keine Gesangskenntnisse erforderlich, du kannst auch einfach den Melodien lauschen und dich von der Musik bewegen lassen. Das Singen und auch das Zuhören können – vor allem im Bereich der Emotionen – heilsam wirken und einen meditativen Zustand von Wachheit, Präsenz und Glück in uns hervorrufen.

Im Februar tauchen wir ganz in unsere Shakti Energy ein und celebrieren uns selbst zum Valentinstag 💜

(EN) In this class we come together in a circle of women to chant sacred songs & Shakti Goddess mantras to connect to a deeper place within and without. Shakti is another word for energy, dynamism and power. Shakti is all around you and there also within you! She is the expression of the universe. Mantras have the power to free the mind and help us arrive in the heart to receive deeper wisdom and universal truths.

No singing experience or Mantra knowledge is required. You may also come and simply listen to the frequencies to establish a deeper connection with the Mantras and with yourself. It’s a practice that shall help you get out of your head and settle in the heart.
