Erlebe eine einzigartige Fusion aus Bewegung, Musik und Atmosphäre – direkt am Wasser auf der Wiener Donauinsel. Diesen Sommer fließen wir mit den Elementen direkt am Ufer der Donau: ALKEMY, das ELEMENT KOLLEKTIVE und USUS am Wasser schließen sich für eine fantastische Sunset After Work Yoga-Serie im Herzen Wiens zusammen.

Jede Session ist als ganzheitliches Erlebnis konzipiert: Alexia & Nora führen dich durch ALKEMYs charakteristische „Elemental Flows“, während ein Live-DJ eine tiefe, organische und vom Sonnenuntergang inspirierte Klangreise kreiert. Im Anschluss folgt ein Sundowner-DJ-Set von Mori (ELEMENT KOLLEKTIVE).

Dich erwartet eine ganzheitliche Yoga-Praxis, die die Elemente Erde, Wasser, Feuer, Luft und Äther/Raum in uns aktiviert. Eines der Elemente wird jeweils als Thema der Stunde hervorgehoben, um durch eine klare Fokussierung inneres und äußeres Gleichgewicht zu schaffen. Wie im Inneren, so im Äußeren. Wie oben, so unten.

• Vinyasa Flow

Dieser Abend ist nicht nur eine Yogastunde – es ist dein Raum zum Resetten, Auftanken und Verbinden.

This Summer we are flowing with the Elements directly at the waterfront of the Danube: ALKEMY, ELEMENT KOLLEKTIVE and USUS am Wasser are joining for an amazing summer sunset After Work Yoga Series in the heart of Vienna.

Each session is designed as a complete experience:
Alexia & Nora will guide you through ALKEMY’s signature Elemental Flows while a live DJ creates a deep, organic and sunset-inspired sound journey, followed by a sundowner DJ set by Mori from ELEMENT KOLLEKTIVE.Expect a holistic Yoga practice that activates the elements earth, water, fire, air and ether/space within us. One of the elements will be highlighted as the theme of the hour to create inner and outer balance by clearly setting an focus. As within so without. As above, so below. You can expect: Breathing & Kriya excercise, meditation, vinyasa flow.

This evening is not just a yoga class – it is your space to reset, recharge and reconnect.What’s included
