Blending the fluidity of Vinyasa with the devotional path of Bhakti, this practice is an invitation to awaken Prema – the love that already lives within. It is a journey where movement, breath, and awareness come together, allowing the body to become a gateway back to the heart.

Designed around the practice of interoception, this intelligently sequenced Vinyasa invites you to slow down and listen deeply to the body from within. The sequence allows movement to emerge from presence, unfolding naturally toward a peak pose that becomes an authentic expression of the self.

Held by the live music and sacred mantra of the Hanuman Project, the journey gently dissolves into kirtan, inviting you to rest in presence and awaken the devotion within.

Valentina Pioner is a Vinyasa teacher based in Bali. For the past ten years, she has been exploring yoga as a path of devotion with curiosity, respect, and an open heart. Rooted in embodied movement, her classes invite students to reconnect with themselves through presence, awareness, and love.
