In this special Community Kirtan we will chant a beautiful selection of Mantras and Heart Songs from various traditions, accompanied by the sounds of djembe, guitar, and harmonium. Lisa Li.sole and Thomas Guem will take us on a journey to your heart for loud celebration as well as brief moments of silence, allowing ourselves to experience the healing effects of chanting.

Wir treffen uns im Kreis, um gemeinsam hochschwingende Mantras zu chanten. Mantras machen den Geist frei und lassen dich im Herzen ankommen. Du klärst Gedanken, kanalisierst Gefühle und wirst empfänglich für tiefere Erkenntnisse, die du aus deiner inneren Weisheit schöpfst. Es sind keine Gesangskenntnisse erforderlich, du kannst auch einfach den Melodien lauschen und dich von der Musik berühren lassen. Das Singen und auch das Zuhören können – vor allem im Bereich der Emotionen – heilsam wirken und einen meditativen Zustand von Wachheit, Präsenz und Glück in uns hervorrufen.

(EN) In this class we come together to chant sacred songs & mantras to connect to a deeper place within and without. No singing experience or Mantra knowledge is required. You may also come and simply listen to the frequencies to establish a deeper connection with the Mantras and with yourself. It’s a practice that shall help you get out of your head and settle in the heart.
