Some experiences are made to last. This is one of them. The Sahara desert never ceases to amaze and deeply touch me. Maybe it is the vastness of the dunes, or the crystal clear night sky or even the utter silence that speaks more than words can ever say. Whether you intend it or not, this journey goes deep. And it is mean to do so.

I invite you to join me for a unique journey to mark an unknown space between the spaces. An unknown time between the times. To really sink into your innermost self and reflect upon the year that has passed so you may make wise, creative and empowered choices for the year to come.

Pauses are important. When you pause you go within. And when you go within you will receive all the tools to manage the without.

We will practice Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Dance, Sing, Play, drink sacred Cacao, celebrate and enjoy a full day of Silence in the Sahara.
