Each day of Geoff’s training kicks off with a Yoga practice teached in a Masterclass style to dive deeper into the experience of Yoga as Therapy.
If you’re a moderately experienced practitioner, you’re more than welcome to join.
Geoffs teachings are celebrated for their focus on yoga’s true essence, promoting pranic flow, exploring sensations within poses, and applying mindfulness practices.
Expect a Hatha Yoga Class – but with the added depth that comes from a training environment: detailed cueing, variations, technical & theoretic background and the occasional pause to break things down and refine your understanding.
